CS6 Serial not working anymore after deinstallation

I have deinstalled Master Colelction CS6, because I did not have enaugh free space for the windows 10 upgrade.

Now on Windows 10 I have tried to install the CS6 Master Collection again, but it keeps saying the serial would be invalid.

Please let me know what I can do...

    After an remote session with an ADOBE helper it now finnaly works again.

    Some cache folders where renamed during the remote session and I re-downloaded the setting files.

    Now it is installing! Thanks!

    I have keept the downlaoded installation files, which I could download after purchasing the CS6 Master Collection.

    It worked before with exactly that installer... It says the entered serial is invalid, not that it is not matching the product or anything alike...

    Is this some protection that I can not install it multiple times? This is realy realy anoying... For a software that expensive I would realy expect better...
