CS6 serial number not long enough

My CS6 Serial number is 5 groups of numbers, not 6 groups.

what do I do?

that's not your serial number then. it should be 6 groups of 4 digits, Find your serial number quickly

I was able to get the downloaded serial number finally.

I got an email saying my eligibility request was approved,

but when I entered it, it says: contact product support.

I've written a number of letters, and no one has gotten back to me.

What should I do?
