CS6 SN Revoked

I bought a license on 10/19/2015 for the Master Collection CS6 product.
During the installation I get a notification that the license is revoked.
I got information in technical support that the product is active and I was directed here. My email is related to the product.

Please activate my license.

if adobe support confirmed the license is "revoked" (and that should be the exact wording because "invalid" means something else and seeing that message without adobe support confirmation can mean something else), there's nothing you can do.

 

a license is typically revoked because it was sold illegally by the vendor (usually by selling enterprise licenses to individuals) or was found in a public (ie, internet) setting.

 

and the revocation typically occurs years after the initial sale and possibly years of usage.  it typically won't be revealed until a reinstall is attempted.  ie, if you successfully install and activate and the license is revoked, that install and activation will remain.

 

now, if you didn't not get adobe support confirmation or "revoked" is not the exact word reported by adobe support, explain.  there are different things to do in different circumstances that can allow a user to install and activate cs6 in those other situations.

 

if you can copy and paste here, exactly what adobe support stated about the license being "revoked" that would be helpful.
