CS6 student licensing on 2 computers

I am using CS6 Design and Web Premium on my PC at home (student and teacher licensing). I just got a new MacBook pro and am trying to install it on this machine as well. It says that my serial number is already in use and will not let me continue. It was my understanding that it could be installed on 2 computers. I am the only one using both computers, so I thought the license would extend to both. Is there a way I can finish the install?

Correct answer Ned Murphy

If your PC is a Windows machine that is likely where the problem erupts.  Normally a Creative Suite license is only good for one platform or the other, not both.  You are allowed to install and activate on two machines, but they need to be of the same platform, Windows versus Mac.
