CS6 Student & Teacher Processed or Not Please?

After posing a question about delayed processing of my 25/4/15 CS6 for Mac Student Edition I received notification that my order has been processed.  However I haven't received a download link email nor have funds been debited from my bank account.  Please either rectify or provide an explanation. Thanks
