i want to totally remove cs6 from my computer but when i go to "adobe creative suite master 6 installer" it gives me an uninstal fail message.

i used the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and the only thing it says is left is "fix host file". i called support and they said that would not be a problem.

and the programs are still on my computer even though i tried to uninstall them with the method i mentioned above, as well as individually from the uninstaller in their individual folders in applications.

so i dont know what to do, i want to remove all adobe off my computer, thank you

ps. i could use an app like Houdini to effectively remove the folders off my computer, but i dont want to do it some brutal way while leaving any residual files on my computer that will cause problems with Adobe products i will get in the future..

What am I supposed to do, if the adobe cleaner doesn't work?
