CS6 upgrades fail to install

I purchased the Student / Teacher edition of CS6 last week.  When attempting to update software through HELP / Updates..., the updates failed.  Is the Student / Teacher edition restricted from such updates?

    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear that you are getting errors while updating the softwares. Could you please provide me more details. What error are you getting.
