CS6 Web and Design Premium install

I have CS6 Design Standard installed and upgraded to CS6 Web and Design Premium version.  Do I need to uninstall the Design Standard before installing Web and Design Premium or can I install directly on top of the Design Standard version.

Trying to avoid the 30-40 minutes or longer to uninstall and reinstall the application, etc.

    No need to uninstall. The installer will take care of matters. Just make sure to deactivate your previous product. You can also run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool so the new install will work as if nothing ever was on teh system...
