CS6 with the Users folder on another drive

I installed the users folder on drive E:/ to store all of my files on a drive with more space, while C:/ is on a SSD that contains the Windows 7 OS. CS6 is installed on the C:/ drive

I am having issues with many of the CS6 programs, each with different issues:

-Photoshop has the issue with the scratch disk (I found a fix in relocating it to the E:/ drive instead of C:/

-inDesign crashes before opening

-the programs can be opened when I run as administator

I already created a junction between C:/ and E:/ but that did not fix the problem. I surprisingly could not find any answers to my problem, please help.

Thanks in advance.
