cs6 wont install on new computer.

I got a new computer and when I try to install cs6 it tells me a warning that the computer might have a restart pending which it doesnt I have restarted and all updates on the computer are current. Do I ignore which is an option, because restarting makes no difference.

    Mine won't either. But I have a Android tablet

    CS6 is for Mac or Windows only, so it will never install on an Android tablet
