Custom CC Desktop Layout/Category?

Does anyone know if there's a way to have a custom page of CC apps in the desktop launcher? I use the Portfolio app a lot but it's such a pain to go finding every time (for some reason it doesn't show up under "All Apps"?), and with all the arbitrary default categories it would be nice if we could make our own custom one for personal workflows and uses.
