Customer Care Agent not answering - how to make a complaint
Dear Adobe,
I would like to make an official complain, and I can't find a way to do it, so I will start this discussion.
I have 4 hours today, trying to solve an issue linked to Adobe 2019 update. Out of 3 Agents, only one tried to help me.
The first agent simply disappeared after I desribed the issue.
The 3d agent : ADB-4436745-Q8N2 Amit Pandey simply ignored me for 15 minutes. I saw him trying to write something, and then canceling it. Eventually I wrote in the chat that I will make an official complaint. Then he finally replied. When I asked him why did he ignore me, he simply closed the chat!!!!
I have 4 hours trying to have any support here, and nothing is happening!!!! Agents are closing the chats when they feel like! the answer time to the simplest questions takes 5 minutes, THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE
