It seems for 20 a month I should be able to get an relatively quick answer to a question via chat without being told there is one person a head of me for over an HOUR and no one ever shows up.

I waited for live chat only to be told that he couldn't help me. No response from the community yet. I upgraded to Premiere Elements 12 because my old version was constantly crashing and Adobe's pay-for-tech-support would never answer the phone. I requested a call back and when they did call back, they put me on hold and never answered! I spent a whole day trying to get some tech support that I was willing to pay for and they wouldn't help me. I worked on a video project for almost a year and my Adobe product crashed and all is lost, I guess. Adobe would never respond. SO, I upgrade and this version doesn't work either. I thought the free chat if you upgrade would help. Ha! Nice customer service. I like Premiere but this is the glitchyest, crashiest software I've ever used and the customer support is nonexcistent. Except when I went to buy a new version...they answered right away! We know where Adobe's priorities are!! That's just sad.

I hope I can get some support sometime soon. A year's work is lost and I can't even start over because my brand new Adobe software that I just bought won't start. I get the incompatible display driver warning and the program won't start. My driver is up to date. I don't know.

    Hi

I bought adobe xi online and my credit card was debited .  However I have no license number and cannot activate the trial product.

I have called the help lines several times now.  I was told that I must call the USA number which has 2 hour hold times but won't accept a call back to a number in the UAE

Chat help I have done 3 times and got nowhere. The help number they gave me was for hp!

I need either refund or a license number.  I am completely fed up and frustrated as so far I have spent a lot of time and money on phone calls and got absolutely no where

so far the so called help lines and chat lines have been completely useless. it seems the only way to get a refund is to cancel my credit card and put a transaction dispute form in which will take 90-120 days to resolve - and Adobe seem incapable of responding

does anyone know how I can get a sensible answer from Adobe? email address or ideally a human who actually do something to resolve the problem?

Happy to report that the customer service team called me back within 24 hours of getting the email which I sent to this address. this email address got a response and the lady did a great job. Its a shame that the process to get to resolution has to be so difficult though.

adbecare@adobe.com  = customer service and it was good service

1 person doing a good job out of a company of thousands... what a shame. Only way to get customer support to talk to you is to either buy more of their products or submit 20 tickets for the same problem, you may just get 1 response.
