Customer service is the worst!
For some reason, Ps and Br stopped working today. I managed to open a chat with tech support. The tech tried to figure out what was going on with a screen sharing session, but he seemed to be clueless about how to navigate my Mac. Then he suggested that I needed to contact Apple about Adobe's problem. Throughout this whole ordeal, the screen sharing software crashed at least three times. It finally crashed a fourth time and the tech was gone. Currently the chat box is trying to connect me with someone else, but it's been almost twenty minutes now. I found an Adobe phone number (408-536-6000), so I called the number to complain and the operator promptly hung up on me.
