Customer Service Sucks

It is so difficult to get customer service rep. I was bounced from one rep to another and put on hold for over 1 hour. I only wanted my license activated. Reps on the other side (India) are very nasty.

    Moving to Get Started.

     

    Customer Care agents have always been polite and courteous to me.  The recent release of Catalina OS has no doubt slammed the call & chat centers, making for longer than usual wait times. 

     

    CS2 is officially dead.  The activation servers were taken offline years ago.

     

    For CS3 or Acrobat 9, see link below for details on how to obrtain a new installer and serial number that does not require activation.
