Customer support is the worst I have ever seen

Since April, I have been trying to redeem an annual plan code that I paid for. I have tried calling and using online chat. I hate to say this, but the English of the reps has been so bad that I am not sure several of the people have understood me. The gist is this, I was charged a monthly charge, and asked the rep to refund that so I could apply the annual plan redemption code. He did that, but now the redemption code shows it has been used, but of course I don't have access to any of the apps. Once again I was online with two different reps last night. They just don't understand the problem. So, I'm just going to use other programs and not use Adobe products anymore. I'll eat the cost of the annual plan. At this point, I have spent more in my time than the plan is probably worth anyway.

Be sure to cancel the plan at some point before the subscription ends.  Subscriptions renew automatically, so it is possible you end up eating the cost more than once.  The sooner you cancel the better, most likely - the penalty for early termination is 1/2 the remaining cost of the subscription - so you could eat less of a loss than you expected.
