data at cloud got corrupted

The data that was uploded at my adobe cloud got corrupted , the size and resolution of file almost doubled this wasnt happening yesterday.

Data stored at my cloud is precious for my start up and it's urgent to resolve to this problem.

help me to reslove this problem asap please.
