DC subscription and key based product under same ID will not activate

We have an umbrella account that has 50+ XI Standard and Pro standalone keys on it. It also has one XI Pro subscription. That has worked fine until DC line was introduced. We got an DC Standard subscription as well which also worked fine, but now we need to get more standalone STD products and we are running into problems activating them because they clash with the DC subscription, telling us it is already activated on two machines, regardless of the fact that we used the serial for the install and verification should go against that serial. I have managed to get one working by multiple-time install/trial/CCCleaner/Fake Adobe account until it finally took once, but the other one will not do so. I have to get 5 more and this will be a huge pain making me look at alternatives to acrobat. Is there a way of fixing this by either moving the Subscription to another account (deal with it when they fail to work down the road) or fixing the back-end for activations to actually work. Or a installer that won't use CC account? If this is an issue, the system should prevent us from buying more of these under the same account.
