De-installing from ceased Hard Drive !

I have CS5 (serial number [removed]) installed on my old laptop - however the hard drive has ceased on this machine and therefore unable to de-install.

I want to re-install on my new lapt top - can you help?

    If you have had it installed only once, you should be able to install it a second time on a second computer.

    If you had it already installed more than once, you need to contact Adobe Customer Support to reset your activation count: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?product=creative-suite
