deactivate before uninstall

While upgrading to a new computer I have uninstalled Technical suite 4 on the old computer before deactivating it first. Will this be a problem.

    I have the same problem. If I simply reinstall it on the machine I accidentally uninstalled it on will it count as another machine? I need help deactivating please!

    it will not count as a 2nd install/activation if installed/activated on the same computer with no significant hardware changes.
