Deactivate CS3 Design Premium on Mac; Even though the computer is online the menu HELP>DEACTIVATE does not run [was: FINLAND HAS A PROBLEM]

My CS3 Design Premium needs to be deactivated on Mac computer with a serial [personal information removed –mod].
My Adobe product license number is: [personal information removed; never share your serial number in a public forum –mod] is a student license. HELP NOW!

THE PROBLEM IS the Mac computer does not understand it IS online - thus the deactivation problem which I cannot resolve as a customer to this Adobe company! Even the computer IS ONLINE the CS3 menu: HELP > DEACTIVATE does not run as 'IT' (the package) does not understand it is ONLINE

    Please refer to the following link : Troubleshoot Adobe activation and deactivation issues

    The deactivation can only be done manually, in case you are trying to activate it on a new machine please try that again as we have fixed the serial number, and you may just uninstall the CS 3 from the mac computer where it is not getting deactivated.

    The deactivation can only be done manually, in case you are trying to activate it on a new machine please try that again as we have fixed the serial number, and you may just uninstall the CS 3 from the mac computer where it is not getting deactivated.
