Deactivate CS4 and problem to connect to LWS

Hi, I have a similar problem with deactivating Adobe CS4 which has already been described. Following the next steps to solve the problem, I wanted to reset the activation counter on the Adobe LWS website. The problem is that on the Adobe Licensing Website I get the message: "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance.". I am logged in to the account where I have registered my Adobe package. So I wrote a support request in the chat in which I was redirected here. Please help.

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!  Real Adobe staff will never reach out via Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail or Skype.

you can't do anything with cs2, cs3 or cs4 activations (and cs5, cs5.5, cs6 can't be far behind) because the activation servers are no longer operating.  you could induce adobe support to reset your activation count, but that's of no use because you cannot activate with shuttered activation servers.

I even doubt that it is possible to reset the activation count with no operating license server.
