Deactivate license on a defect PC (Creative Suite 6)

Hallo,

The hard drive is defect and can't be repaired. I can't boot Windows to deactivate Adobe Suite to install it on the new hard drive.

I tried the Online Support, but there is only Forum Support for this Product. So i can't call or talk to someone from Adobe.

Is there a way to deactivate die Licence remotely or is the licence lost?

contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an activation count reset.

Does not work! I am having the same issues. I guess I can cancel my credit card and get it gone cause you can't get help when your old one crashes and you can't put it on a new onew

you posted in the wrong forum and your issue is not the same if you have a cc subscription.

if you want help, explain the problem.
