Deactivating Adobe for reinstall of reader

Having constant attempt to install Adobe message appear in a dialogue box and whenever I try to do a reinstall error 1727 pops up and missing components.

Real drag not being able to use reader.  Please help. 

Tried to do reinstall.  Tried older version install.  Had previously done a trial of the Creative Suite and decided not to purchase but something is amuck and it's popping up constantly throughout my work day.  I hit cancel and it goes away for a while.

Part of the problem that I have is disk space on my Acer laptop which is running Vista Windows Home Premium.

Use the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, then rienstall.
