Deactivating and activating serial number

I run CS4 (US Version) in Germany on two Macs. Now I want to replace one Mac and I installed CS4 on th new Mac. As CS4 told me I deactivated one CS4 installation. I tried to activate the new installation with the orignal serial number but It did not work. May your clearing servers are not working anymore for CS4? What can I do?

    to reset your activation count after double checking your deactivated installing is deactivated.  to check, click help and confirm deactivate is greyed out.  if it's not click it and then retry activating your recent install.
