Deactivating products on old accounts and pcs that I no longer have access to.

I have a CD with Dreamweaver CS5.  My computer died and I installed it on a new one.  However, it says I can't activate it because it is already in use on two computers.  I no longer have those computers.  I also don't know what account it was registered under (I used to have a business that I closed 5 years ago) and I tried 2 old business accounts and its not there either.  Support was unable to help me or to even tell me what account it is registered under.  Any ideas how to deactivate it from those two old machines without the machine or account?

Dennis, thanks for your long-term use of Creative Suite 5. Remote deactivation is no longer possible in 2025, so if you don't have access to the computers where the software was previously activated, you will be unable to reclaim an activation. To successfully complete the deactivation process, the computer must also be sufficiently updated to securely contact Adobe servers. For more information on how to manage the activations that were included with your purchase of Creative Suite 5 in 2025 see https://adobe.ly/4ifCprR. ^JW
