Question

Deactivation, cant reach computer it was activated on and Adobe "support" goes in circles and ends up in forum where Adobe cannot deactivate for me

I need help to deactivate my Creative suite products as well as Premier Pro, as the computer they where installed on and activated with are no longer with us (acidentally dropped on the floor with dire consequences).

I have went through the online help to try to reach a consultant/technician but ends up going in circles in the support section unless I ask here in the forum.

So that is what I need help with, to deactivate these products so I can reinstall them on my new computer.

You have to go through support. Nobody here has direct access to those databases. Escalate the case to another operator if you end up with a chimp...

I already did, twice, but I end up with forum as the only option... I cannot find any chat/message link anywhere.. a bit frustrating.

    Hi KenNilsen,

You can follow the link: Contact Customer Care and contact our chat support team they will help you in doing so.

Let me know if you face any issues while doing that.
