DEACTIVATION FOR CS3 ON COMPUTER I DONT HAVE ANY MORE??!!

Im trying to use Photo shop CS3 which i haven't opened for a very long time, however its saying I need to repair my activation and there no support for this pn phone, nor by customer service. I have the serial number and activation number i just need to open it on my current computer. I do not have access to my old computer, its gone! Can anyone assist please? Thanks

    Jasonl83928410 I am sorry that you are facing difficulty activating Photoshop CS3 and contacting our support team.  Do you have a case number for your interaction with our support team that I can reference?

    I reviewed the account/e-mail address you utilized to post to this forum but I can to find no software titles registered.  I also show the last case being logged back in 2015.

    Can you please send me a private message with the serial number you are utilizing for Photoshop CS3.  This will allow me to verify it is a retail serial number and to increase the activation count if necessary.

    When you have a non-functioning computer and can't deactivate a serial number

    BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT

    Since you purchased CS3, Adobe should reset your license, despite what customer service says. You might need to ask to speak to a manager. Support is correct in saying they don't offer "Support" for CS3, but activation is another matter.

    I've called the tangled "phone support" and tried to get to activations and it keeps telling me I cannot talk to anyone. Over an hour wasted on that attempt. If I could get to a an actual live person to ask for a supervisor I would, but no luck. Thanks
