Im trying to deactivate Illustrator CS6 and i am having error with internet connection, this wont help:

adobe recently upped their requirements for browser security, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html
and you can still ask for adobe support to "reset" your activation count. it's the only thing they'll do to support an old version like cs6 so ask for nothing else or you'll be sent here.
