Deactivation questions. Temporary switch?

Hi everyone. I'm going away for several months, and I want to be able to use my creative cloud software on another desktop for this time (I already currently have it installed on a desktop and a laptop). However, I have some questions/concerns about the deactivation and installation process.

1) Do I need to actually uninstall the software before deactivating to be able to install on a new machine, or is deactivation sufficient?

2) Is deactivation permanent? Once I deactivate the software on my current desktop (2011 iMac) can it no longer be activated?

Essentially, my question is whether I can temporarily switch computers. I know that creative cloud can be installed on two machines, but I already have it on a laptop, so the real question is if I can switch desktops for the time I'm away.

Hopefully I've made my questions clear. Thanks in advance for any responses or insight you can give on this topic.

Correct answer Ned Murphy

You can switch between the machines and you do not have to uninstall... deactivation is sufficient.  Deactivation is not permanent.
