Deactivation/reinstallation

Hi,

I made the rookie mistake of uninstalling Photoshop elements on my other computer yet I did not deativate it.

Now the computer is gone and I am unable to re-install the program onto my new computer despite having the software.

I understand this is because I did not deactivate it correctly yet is there anything I can do ?

Any help would be really appreciated

Installs have nothing to do with activation. Two completely separate issues. You may have ruined one of your 2 activations, but that doesn't prevent an install. The app would simply run as the trial version. So whatever issues you have, this is not it. Activations can be reset by callung support, everything else requires a lot more information. operating system, what version of PSE, otehr info.
