deactivation unsuccessful

All I want to do is DEactivate my CS3 installation. I run through the deactivation (within PhotoShop) and I keep getting "Deactivation Successful." Then to rub salt in the wound, it says, "For further assistance, click the link below to see how to speak to one of our Customer Care representatives," then a link -- which just take one to the web site FAQs ... There is no way to "speak to one of our Customer Care representatives"!!

So, any help out there? How do I get this thing deactivated (i.e., so I can finally proceed to install it on my new PC)?

does the deactivation link remain clickable after 'deactivating'?

if yes, click the chat button as soon as it becomes available (after selecting 3 or 4 options), Contact Customer Care

if no, or if you've never activated on a 2nd computer, install on your new computer.
