deactive and active again my adobe creative suite cs 6 but can

I re-installed my windows, because I got a virus and failed to boot, I installed lg windows system and tried to reinstall my adobe cs6 master but couldn't install it again please help me

Also check to see if you have TLS 1.2 supported. The Adobe servers will no longer let you connect with earlier versions.

and if you saw no errors and are using, run the installer in compatibility mode (win 7, sp1).
