DEAD [trying to upload photos to lightroom cc, adobe wants me to verify my account because they "need more information".]

upon trying to upload photos to my lightroom cc, adobe pops up  wanting me to check my email and verify my account because they "need more information".  I do not have an email from them and it wont send me a new on, it states "one has already been sent".  Now I can not do anything with lightroom.  Customer support apparently does not exist on the weekends nor does online chat.  I'd have to pay another site to offer support.  SHITTY SERVICE!! Who doesn't edit photos on the weekend.  Anyone had this message pop up from adobe upon opening the lightroom cc app? Desperate to get some work done.  Not having fun today!
