I want to buy photo shop but what's the difference between the photography plan and the single photo shop app?

Photoshop is identical in both plans. The Photoshop Photography Plan shown in the link above no longer exists. It was superseded by the Cloud Photography Plan.

In short, there's not much point going for the Single App plan unless you really, really need the minor extras it includes such as Cloud storage. The Photography Plan is much better value.

Make sure you use a separate temporary Credit Card in case you don't want to renew your subscription. Adobe has a lot of complaints against them for fraudulent charges.
