deleted my account but the old email adress is still taken

I've created two seperate acoounts with different email adresses.

But i've only used one of them so i decided to delete the other. 

Here is my problem !!! I tried to change the mail adress from my main account to the one that got deleted (cause now the email adress should be available again right ?), but the system still says that the email adress is taken. And as i tried to log in into the deleted account the system said that it is only temporarely dissabled. 

So how can I delete this account so the other email is valid again ?

Hello.
For reference, I found an email delivered by Customer Care when I deleted my account before.

If you want to revive, please contact customer care.
However, there are expressions that cannot be revived if there is too much time, so it will be a consultation base to the last.
