Deleting files after installation

Hi everybody,

I just installed Photoshop Elements 13 and I was wondering:

     1. Can I just uninstall PE v.10 without affecting the functioning of version 13?

      2. Can I delete all the downloaded files once the program is up and running?

I know they are very dumb questions, but not being a pro, I´d rather be safe than sorry!

    You should be able to uninstall the older version without impacting the new one.

    You might want to hold on to the downloaded installation files to give yourself some time to make sure your installation is working properly.  THat way you won't have to download them again should a problem arise where you need to reinstall.  If you can you should consider copying the files to some removable media.
