Dell XPS 13 (9360) Blue screens on bootup after install of Creative Cloud CC
Hi,
As the title says I have a Dell XPS 13 (9360) Ultrabook with a core i7 processor and 8Gb of RAM running Windows 10
On installing Creative Cloud CC (Photoshop/Lightroom Classic and Bridge) the machine randomly Blue screens with various stop codes.
Uninstalling Creative Cloud CC solves the issue - so I can only assume that it is indeed the Creative Cloud suite causing the issue.
I have run all of Dell's self test software and it reports no errors. I have also installed all the latest drivers for the machine and all windows updates.
Has anybody got any ideas as I am at a loss as to what to do next!
