Hello,

I's a student and I have the Adobe Suite for the year.

I was trying to open Photoshop, when Adobe ask to confirm my identity.

I put my e mail, and then, it ask me my password. I fought I remember it, but that mustn't be the case. I decided to make a new one, but when I was typing a new password, it was always refused because it didn't had a number and a symbol. But I used symbol and number. Then I thought that maybe my keyboard had a problem, so I restart my computer.

But when I try to restart the creation of a new password, I have a message that says : You account is temporaly desactivated, for precision, contact our client service.

But what can I do now ? How can I fix this problem ?

For the notice, I used a different account to be able to write in the chat. Does anybody knows what to do in this case ? I need my access to the application as soon as possible !

Does anybody knows how long I have to wait before restarting the creation of a new password ?

Thanks
