Design Standard CS6 Installation Media German?

Dear Support,

we are new in the Creative Cloud and due to Win XP SP3 we cannot use the CC-Applications.

Right now i am trying to create an installation package for Design Standard CS6 with Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition. I did already download the installation file from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/cs6/downloads, but while creating the test package i only get English/ French/ Hungarian/ Polish/ Russian versions. How can I create a german installation?
