Determining the last time a user signed in

Is there a way from the admin console to tell the last time a user signed into Creative Cloud?  I have a feeling we have some users who are not using the product and I'd like to recycle those licenses and assign them to other folks.

    Hi Ron,

    I'm afraid that we don't have this functionality as of now within the admin console for tracking the licenses.
