Develop module is disabled

Hi! My Lightroom don't open develop module. It ask me serial number to enter for reactivate. Why i have this problem? I paid on time. And where i have to do it?

It means you have not paid, or Adobe's accounting thinks you haven't paid. In any case, you'd need to contact Adobe Live Chat to straighten this out.
