Device activation limit very wrong

Some configuration Adobe probably didn't think of.

I have 2 separate plans : Photography plan et Adobe Acrobat Pro

I use 3 PCs

I've installed Photoshop on computer A and B

I've installed Acrobat on computer B and C

So, there are only 2 devices used simultaneously for each plan.

But it doesn't work ! The message 'you've reached your device activation limit" keeps showing

for both plans.

This is very wrong and annoying. Any ideas ?

I think Adobe thought of this and have received many comments about it, but they choose to say that's how it is supposed to work. One Adobe ID can be active on two computers only. The plan(s) make no difference to this.

No license allows you to use it simultaneously on two, however, the license is for one computer at a time; the two sign in limit allows you to switch between them, not use both at once.

Hi there,

We appreciate you writing in. Device activation limit is set up as per the email address used. Hence, you are getting this message irrespective of the licenses subscribed.

Let us know if you have any questions.
