Did the original "CS4" become what is now called "CS4 Design Standard"? (Not clear which CS4 to download when moving to new PC)

I need to move CS4 from one PC to the next.  I deactivated it on the first PC but the "My Orders" on Adobe still says "No downloads available" when I click on the download button.  When I call tech support, they answer that they can't help me because I do not have Creative Cloud (telephone tech support is now only for Creative Cloud).  So my plan is to download CS4 from the Adobe site and then type in the serial number, which I have--on the assumption that, since I have de-activated on another PC, the serial number will be accepted.  But several versions of CS4 are presented (Master, Web Premium...Design Standard).  I'm not sure which to download.  (My original purchase was a download, not from a DVD drive.  The receipt doesn't note the type CS4 purchased.  It simply says "CS4." (Nov-26-2009).

Any help appreciated!

Regards,

Chris

Chris the only license for Creative Suite 4 I see under your account is for Photoshop CS4 for Windows.  You can review your registered products at http://www.adobe.com/.  For additional details please see Find your serial number quickly.

You can download Photoshop CS4 from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs4-product-downloads.html.
