Instead of viewing how to install my Creative Cloud Apps, I tryong opening up an apps and said open all apps using CS6. I should downlaoded the AAM first, and then installed my apps. How do I start from scatch again.

Not sure what you did. Your description is confusing. Generally just installing AAM and letting it handle things should be good enough, even with existing manual installs. AAM will provide the licensing based on your Adobe ID and everything should work off the bat.
