Difficulty Loading CS4 Premium on Windows 10 Desktop

After 3 days of waiting, Adobe support answered a chat and I spent 1+ hrs trying to get my CS4 loaded on my new desktop.  I was given two links to run:

First ran okay but the second one ended in an error:

At this point, Baljeet told me doing so would "raise your query and our expertise will revert you back with the resolution within to 48 hours".  Further looking at the forum I found that it is no longer monitored.

Then they tried to sell me on the cloud version of the programs with no consideration of the $$$$$$ spent already on these programs.  I guess I will wait 48 hours and see if anyone addresses my original issue.  I will find another way to do what I want to do without Adobe if worse comes to worse.  Needless to say, I am not very happy with Adobe at this point.

The only think you can run is the EXE

The EXE program then MUST have the 7z file in the same folder

You must download both links first. Do not run the first at all! Put them in the same folder and run the second. expect problems, too, running such ancient software that was never made or tested fir Windows 10.

Thank you.  Will try this but to be sure, after downloading, run the second one first?
