Digital download fail

All it shows is the adobe cc programs I have. It doesn't either of these. 

I ts a new cyberpower extreme gaming pc. When I first got the download, I uploaded PSE, then uploaded EP, then I installed PE and then a window opened with ads. I couldn't find either program anywhere, all I got was that window with ads. Found out later that window was where the links were. I found the links. EP works but the PSE was a trial. I could not find .exe file for pse, I thought it would replace when it expired, but it did not, it just expired. I searched, there is no .eve for PSE in my pc.  - I should have gotten 2 codes, one for each program. Walmart is sending me a new code for the PE bundle, so hopefully this is solved. I do have adobe cc. and have been using adobe for decades. I spend many stressful hours on this. I'll never buy another digital down load bundle.
