Dimension crashes as soon as I open it.

Please help me on the issue above.

I have an iMac with Apple M1 chip & 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD storage. I tried install the latest version 3.4.11 and got the app freezes all the time. No matter how I did perform rebbot & shutdown. So, I tried install older version which is below 3.4.11, it is still same result. Everytimes I open the app and create new file, it keeps loading until no ending. What can I do?

The latest system requirements for Dimension do not mention Apple ARM based architecture (m1/2/3/etc) so it is possible that it is not compatible. https://helpx.adobe.com/dimension/system-requirements.html . Have you tried looking into the Adobe Substance suite to see if those replacements which have native Apple ARM apps work better?
