Director 12

I use Director 12. If my computer dies what can I do to install Director 12 on a new computer> Is there a solution for those that still use Director?

 

Any help is appreciated!

    If you still have your original Director MX 2004 installation disks, you can get a replacement, activation-free serial number for it below.

    Failing that, Animate CC is the modern equivalent.  And that's available by subscription to a Creative Cloud plan.

    Whether or not you will be able to reinstall it on a new computer running a newer operating system I have no idea and or if you can activated even if it does install.
