Disable Creative Cloud ad notifications

Hi, Adobe,

I really want to disable the CC notifications that aren't related to updates or other application-related news.

I'm not interested in creating a free portfolio or digitizing my hand lettering. I have my own simple little business that isn't related to any advertisements pushed through the CC interface. One year of tiring advertisements proved this. Can we have for example a red dot when something is important and a cyan dot when advertising? This way the IT and the marketing teams can be both happy...

Late reply, I know, but was just investigating the same issue, and it looks like this may be the solution: How to customize notifications in the Creative Cloud desktop app (adobe.com). Not so much different notification codes for different types of notifications, but the ability to opt in and out of different types of notifications, which, at least in my case, is the preferable solution, anyway.
